  1. I'm not procrastinating, simply doing what Mr.C said, to do some problems at the end of the week to refresh your memory. :)

For a question like #13, y=4, how would you find the slope & y-intercept of that equation?

  2. For #27, do we make up points to figure out the slope, such as -0.5 and 0.25?

  3. Yup, I agree, you are NOT a procrastinator!

    Happy New Year Everyone!!

For your question, I have a question... where do all of the ordered pairs "live" that have a y-coordinate value = 4? Graph 'em!

If that doesn't help, try viewing the last of the video tutors in mathchamber algebra section 5-1.

If that doesn't help, re-read the text book pages in section 5-1.

If that doesn't help, we'll see you in class tomorrow!

Let me know if any of that helped!

    Mr. C.

  4. Would the y intercept be 4?
    And the slope 0?

I'll watch the video tutor too!

  5. For #27, yup, estimate as best you can. If I gave you that problem on a test, I would highlight at least two distinct points on the line for you.

  6. Uh, for #13, you can check the back of the book, right? (you are correct, though!)
